Our successful and progressive department has an exciting opportunity for a registered pharmacist to provide and develop clinical pharmacy services in the  primary care setting as part of our clinical pharmacy team working in the GP practices operated by the hospital . You will be based predominantly in primary care and be expected to train and register as an independent prescriber. Prescribing is expected to form a major part of your practice. 

You will join a progressive and well respected clinical pharmacy service which is providing and developing leading edge patient focussed clinical pharmacy and is now offering a unique opportunity to combine practice in hospital and primary care settings


This  post provides an excellent opportunity for a clinical pharmacist with the desire to work in a fast paced and innovative environment and to develop their skills to the highest level, with a particular focus on working in primary care.


Applications are welcomed from pharmacists who will complete their post graduate studies in clinical pharmacy in 2017 and from Community Pharmacists who wish to gain experience in a clinical environment
